SafeSurfVPN

SafeSurfVPN is a VPN bot for Telegram: you start it, get a 3-day trial with no payment, and the bot hands you one link that loads the VPN into an app on your phone or computer. Plans start at 149 RUB or 135 Telegram Stars a month, and you can pay with Stars or crypto, so you don't need a Russian bank card. The service runs on VLESS + Reality with 35 listed locations.

How SafeSurfVPN works in Telegram

There's no VPN inside the chat itself. The bot sells and manages access, and a separate app carries the traffic:

1. Press /start. Our subscription was active right away, with its expiry date and a limit of one device on the first screen.
2. Tap Connect. It opens a setup page where you pick your system and an app.
3. Install the app and tap Add Subscription, or copy the link or scan a QR code.
4. Pick a server in the app and hit the power button.

The menu also has Buy, My Account, Bonuses, Our website, Language and Support. My Account shows status, expiry, traffic used, the monthly limit and connected devices, and a separate screen lets you unlink a device once every 15 minutes. If you start the bot and don't connect, it sends a reminder with Connect and Support buttons about 15 minutes later. The interface comes in 8 languages, English and Russian among them.

Apps, devices and locations

The setup page covers iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, Linux, Android TV and Apple TV, and the website adds routers. Each system gets its own app list: on macOS we saw INCY, Happ, FlClashX, Koala Clash and Prizrak-Box, on Android INCY and Happ. Android offers both Google Play and an APK.

The website lists 35 locations on every plan, among them the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, the United States, Singapore, India and Russia. It also says VLESS + Reality makes the connection look like ordinary HTTPS, promises no activity logs and claims 99.6% uptime. Those figures and promises are the service's own.

Is SafeSurfVPN free?

For a short while. Starting the bot gave us 3 days on one device, with a 500 GB limit shown and no card asked for. The website's own trial is shorter: 3 hours and 5 GB after you confirm an email.

After that you can earn days. An invited friend who actively uses the VPN brings 7 days, and that friend's first payment adds 15 more. The website also promises 7 days for linking Telegram to a website account.

SafeSurfVPN prices in rubles and Telegram Stars

• Individual, 1 month: 149 RUB or 135 Stars, 1 device, 500 GB a month
• Individual, 3 months: 390 RUB or 349 Stars
• Family, 1 month: 299 RUB or 275 Stars, 5 devices, 1,500 GB a month
• Family, 3 months: 790 RUB or 725 Stars

You pay on a separate page. Readers outside Russia have two simple options: Telegram Stars, or crypto with 7% off. SBP and a card option are there too. A Custom tab builds a plan from 1 to 10 devices and 1 to 12 months. The Individual 3-month plan is the cheapest way in at 130 RUB a month.

Traffic refills on the 1st of each month. A manual reset costs 150 RUB, one ruble more than a month of Individual, and the website says extending a subscription doesn't refill traffic. Extra devices are priced by the days you have left: with one day left, a second device was 20 RUB. The website offers a refund within 24 hours if the key was never used. Prices as of November 2026.

Who SafeSurfVPN is for

It fits someone who wants to buy and manage a VPN from Telegram and pay with Stars or crypto, for a phone or a household of up to 5 devices. Skip it if you want one-tap protection inside a single app, since you'll have to install a client and add the link yourself. If what you're after is keeping your real inbox away from adult sites, DropMail handles that side with disposable email.
