PicShift is a Telegram undress bot: you send one clothed photo and get her back naked, with the same face, hair and background. It also animates photos into porn clips from a list of 66+ poses. The first undress is a free demo, credits start at $0.99, and the bot only lets in people who confirm they are 21+.

How PicShift works

After /start the bot asks you to confirm you are 21 or older and accept its terms. The main menu lists Undress Photo, Generate Video, Face Swap, Movies, Get Unlimited, Subscription, Buy Credits, Referral, Levels, Profile and Support.

1. Tap Undress Photo and send a JPG, PNG or WEBP. The bot wants one person, front-facing, in good light. Groups and blurry shots are out.
2. Pick a style category: Clothes, Body, Pose or Custom prompt.
3. Pick a preset. The bot posts an example image of that style with a Generate button under it.
4. Tap Generate and wait about a minute.

The menu comes in nine languages, from English and Spanish to Hindi and Ukrainian. Switching language shows the 21+ confirmation again.

Is PicShift free?

You get one free try. The bot offers a free demo on Image Model 3.0 before you buy anything, and that is how we ran our test. Afterwards it moved us to level Amateur, added 1 credit and gave a 5% discount on credit packs.

One bonus credit does not go far: Basic video costs 2 credits, and the bot answered "Not enough credits" when we tried to start a clip.

Credits get cheaper in bigger packs:

A banner at the top of the menu offered 5 credits for $2.35 instead of $4.71, with a countdown timer. Unlimited plans skip credits:

• Video, 1 hour: Premium $59 (Basic and Premium modes, 5 and 8 seconds), Supreme $149 (all modes)
• Photo plus video, 1 hour: $199

The buy screen promises a credit refund if you are not satisfied. We did not open the payment window, so we can't list payment methods. Prices as of October 2026.

What the undress results look like

We tested with an AI-generated photo of a brunette in a white T-shirt and jeans: Clothes, Nude, Generate. The result came back in under a minute with bare tits and a smooth pussy, her face and wavy hair untouched, the sandy arch behind her unchanged and no watermark on the image.

The Clothes list has 14 presets, among them Nude, Lace Lingerie, Shibari, Stockings, Bunny Suit, Police uniform and Tattoo. We did not open Body, Pose or Custom prompt. Upload only your own photos, photos of consenting adults or AI-generated faces.

66 video poses and three tiers

Generate Video takes the same kind of photo and offers three modes:

• Basic: 10 poses, 5 seconds, 2 credits
• Premium: 66 poses, 5 seconds, 3 credits
• Supreme: 51 exclusive poses, 7 seconds, 5 credits

Premium spreads its poses over 21 pages, with names like Bouncy Tits, French Kiss, Twerk 2.0, Low Blowjob 2.0, Bouncing Cowgirl, Double Pussy Kissing, Fingering 2.0, Rough Doggy V2, Dildo Ride and Vaginal Fisting. Opening a preset sent us a 5-second example clip with a Generate button under it. We could not generate a video because it costs more than the credit we had. Levels and referrals

Levels hand out free credits and discounts as you generate more. Referrals pay 25% of what invited users buy, and 30% after 10 more paying referrals, withdrawable or swappable for credits at about $1 each.

Who PicShift is for

It suits you if you want to see an undress result on your own photo before paying, or a quick animated clip from a single picture. Face Swap and Movies sit in the menu too, but both answered "Not enough credits" on our one bonus credit, so we did not see them.
